But has America's onetime pop princess finally found her prince? Celebrity news believes as much, as her longtime, rock-solid agent beau Jason Trawick set tongues wagging this week when he was spotted yesterday afternoon perusing the baubles at jeweler-to-the-stars Pascal Mouawad's showroom in Los Angeles.

It wasn't long before the sighting by X17online turned into online gospel, especially after they claimed that the 39-year-old spent more than an hour looking at engagement rings for his 29-year-old paramour.

"There is no truth to that report with regards to engagement rings," Britney's publicist, Jeff Raymond, told E! News.

"However, Jason was there to discuss other matters with Pascal, but nothing relating to him personally."
