Recently Halle Berry filed papers to the judge to move to France with her daughter Nahla. But Gabriel Aubry is protesting it of course.

We all thought that she just wants to take her baby far from Gabriel. But according to celebrity news TMZ Halle wants to move to France because she is afraid that her and her daughter's life maybe in danger.

It's been reported that she is receiving death threats from Robert Hoskins. He is a mentally unstable man who just escaped from a mental institution. He said he is going to "slit her throat."

He previously sent same threat to Madonna and was shot by her bodyguard in 1995 for trespassing. Now he is after Halle.

That's not all, another stalker who trespassed into Halle's property several times has just been released from jail. 

A friend of Halle said, the hot celebrity is very concerned that baby daddy Gabriel Aubry is parading Nahla in front of paparazzi almost daily and possibly putting her in harm's way.

I think this is the first time a celebrity is trying to flee the country to get away from stalkers. Can it be just a lame excuse? What do you think.
