Helena Bonham Carter has been very busy over the years. And for her hard work she was given a respected honor by Queen Elizabeth today (Feb 22).
The hot celebrity is very pleased because she was made a Commander of the British Empire (CBE) by the British Monarch, and Helena told press she narrowly escaped embarrassment at the hands of her daughter Nell.
As she exited the ceremony, Ms. Carter noted that the occasion was a ‘very very special day’ as she carried a pink bunny-eared mobile phone.
When the press asked Helena if the phone had gone off, she replied, “No, but the 4-year-old did.” Perhaps little Nell is getting a scolding right about now!
