Halle Berry And Gabriel Aubry are back in court. This time it's for "Child Endangerment" claim.
Canadian model Gabriel Aubry, the father of Halle’s daughter, Nahla, is reportedly being investigated for criminal child endangerment and battery.
According to the celebrity news the Oscar winner hot celebrity went to court try and prevent her ex from contacting with their three-year-old girl, after the ex-couple’s nanny, Alliance Kamdem, blamed him of pushing her while she was holding Nahla.
The nanny apparently went to pick Nahla up from school and found she wasn’t there. She then went to Gabriel’s home to ask why the child had been absent.
Upon being questioned, Gabriel apparently flew into an “angry rage,” bellowing:
“You’re the f—ing nanny. Who do you think you are? You are a nobody. You don’t need to f—ing know anything.”
Aubry then allegedly pushed the nanny out of the door while Nahla was in her arms.
The nanny filed a police report claiming she was injured in the incident. Police are investigating Gabriel for “child endangerment” and “misdemeanor battery.” The 36-year-old is also reportedly being investigated by Child Protective Services.
The judge handling the case is on vacation until next week. An interim justice didn’t grant any emergency order to stop Gabriel from contacting his daughter because he believes Nahla has enough protection in place for the time being.
Kamdem told the court this latest incident isn’t the first time Gabriel has been violent toward her. She alleges the model would “walk over and violently grab/take Nahla away” from her during a recent trip to Spain.
Her request for a restraining order against the model, however, was shut down after the interim judge said her petition was “insufficient and speculative.”
Halle and Gabriel will reappear in court next Monday.
Things are getting pretty hard in Nahla's life. It has not yet been proved that she was endangered by her father. Let's see what happens nest Monday.
