The hot celebrity posed alongside the penis cake and stuck her tongue out for the photo opportunity, something the rest of her family may be groaning about.

And according to eyewitnesses, Miss Cyrus was also drinking plenty of alcohol and partying all night long- but wait, isn’t she only 19 years old?!
